Patti is an expert in every aspect of the residential real estate process, whether you are buying, selling or building.  Patti has a reputation of expertise built on decades of skills from experience in owning her own real estate company and seasoned from the constantly changing Real Estate market, since 1997.  A proven leader in the industry holds her GRI Designation, is a Principal Broker, has served as President of her local Realtor Association, serves on the Oregon Realtor Political Affairs Key Committee and is the 2022 recipient of the Allen Jones Lifetime Achievement Award.  Her success is due to her ability to have a respected relationship with other Real Estate professionals and effectively communicate through out the entire transaction process on behalf of her clients.  Patti prides herself in continually learning and knowing the market trends, updates, as well as local, state and national policies that affect the market, home ownership and the affordable accessability for her clients.  "I believe in the value & purpose of property ownership as a wealth builder for individuals and work to protect that right and ability for everyone."
