As a lifetime resident of Whatcom County, I have a deep knowledge & love of Bellingham, Ferndale & the surrounding area. The 2nd of 4 boys born to Hugh & Barb Locker, I grew up in Bellingham/Whatcom County.

 During those 20+ years, I was raised in an environment that was Loving, Honest, Focused and Hardworking! Years later when I got into Real Estate, I used the same concepts I was raised on to build my Real Estate Business.

As a Real Estate Broker, I knew Honesty, Integrity & Knowledge were the values that current & future clients were looking for! A TEAM based Real Estate Business, built on a solid business plan & family beliefs! In teaming up with my wife of 38 years Vicki, we bring in over 33 combined years of Real Estate knowledge. We just added our nephew Casey Locker to the LOCKER TEAM! That allows us to work and communicate with Buyers and Sellers based on our Lifetime Knowledge of the area and a Proven & Focused approach with the Listing, Sale and Ongoing Negotiations that occur in any Real Estate transaction.
