Noell began her Real Estate career in 2013. Since then she’s helped multiple clients buy and sell their homes and has been with the Costello Team for the past three years. She is gregarious, energetic and has a magnetic personality that people instantly connect with, always making people feel at ease. Noell listens to what her clients want and takes their interests to heart. 

Noell was born in Edmonds, Washington then moved to Greenville, CA where she grew up. She loved her small town! However, after spending summers with her grandmother in Washington, she decided she would someday raise her family in the Pacific Northwest. She eventually made it here and now calls Sammamish home but travels to California and Arizona often.

When she’s not working with clients, Noell relishes in a good workout, coffee in bed, and spending time with family and friends. She loves the Pacific Northwest and travels to favorite places like Chelan for girls’ weekends, skis with her two boys on Snoqualmie Pass, and plays tour guide to visitors at local favorite places like the Woodinville wineries and the Pike Place Market. She also likes to get out into nature and hike on sunny days.

Having built and sold two of her own homes, Noell has first-hand experience with all that goes into choosing and buying a home. She is passionate about helping people find their place and has a strong dedication to quality and professionalism.

Noell finds so many rewarding opportunities working in Real Estate. She believes her business isn’t just a business, it’s about building relationships that last a lifetime. As a Windermere agent and Ninja, she takes pride in her work and giving back to her local community by volunteering time to local organizations like Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center.
