Nick continues a family legacy of highly personalized real estate counsel and exclusive representation to Northwest clientele. Native to the Seattle area, Nick was born and raised in Mercer Island and currently resides in Kirkland. He has over twenty years of sales experience, where his expertise includes resale buyer and seller representation to Eastside homeowners; working with national corporations to relocate executives through Windermere’s RELO program; and along with his brother and business partner, Bill Pallis, exclusive representation of Eastside home builders.

Prior to joining Windermere, Nick was Vice-President of Private Equity Sales for Capital Access, a Seattle-based Investment Banking Firm. There, placing private securities for early-stage businesses in the technology and real estate sectors, he was the lead NASD Investment Banker representing a variety of emerging-growth, venture-backed companies and real estate related investments. Nick is a Certified Negotiation, Relocation and Distressed Property Specialist and Accredited Buyers Representative.

Nick is a graduate of Seattle University where he obtained his BA in International Business with an emphasis in Finance, with honors. Nick’s outdoor interests include flyfishing, archery, hiking, biking, snow skiing and slalom water skiing.
