Hi, I’m Nathan Moore I help people move through some of life’s biggest real estate transitions with clarity and calm.
I was born and raised on the Eastside, where my family has lived for five generations. That history has given me a deep understanding of the land, the lakes, and how these communities have evolved over time. With a family background rooted in real estate and architecture, I grew up with a strong appreciation for thoughtful design, quality care, and integrity.
At the core of my work is a simple focus: helping people navigate their biggest pain points in real estate. Whether it’s timing a sale, coordinating a complex move, making sense of a shifting market, or advising on what fixes and repairs will help make a home more appealing, my role is to bring clarity and guide you through each step with strategy, confidence, and care—no matter the complexity.
I serve people in every season of life—whether it’s buying your first home, moving up as a family grows, or stewarding a legacy estate that’s been in the family for generations. Each stage comes with its own challenges, and my responsibility is to meet people where they are and guide them through it well.
A meaningful part of my work also centers around major life transitions, including relocations across the country and around the world—where having a clear plan and the right guidance matters the utmost.
