Good Relationships, Broad Resources

I have earned the designation of "Certified Residential Specialist" which is considered the PhD of Real Estate. This is an elite group of agents, less then 3% nationwide who hold this credential. I have also obtained the designation of “Accredited Buyer’s Representative”. This designation indicates that I have completed the National Association of Realtor’s buyer agency course which closely examines how the agent can best represent a buyer. The course covers legal ramifications, buyer education, market conditions, contract details, and negotiation tactics. With the knowledge learned in taking these classes, I can provide a full menu of services for my clients, whether they are buyers or sellers. Also, I continue my Real Estate education on a regular basis to keep on top of market conditions and legal changes in the industry. I am focused on providing the very highest possible service, knowledge base, and dedication to all of my Buyers and Sellers.
