Nancy represented us from a distance, Tucson, AZ., in Nov. of 2013 when we decided to move back to Kennewick after being gone for 29 years. We knew we needed someone who really knew the community and real estate market. After talking with her by phone my wife flew up to the Tri-cities and met with her. Nancy Mishko is extremely knowledgeable about all of the facets of selling homes. She is very hands on, and she personally assisted me in complying with some of the requirements made by the inspector & bank. She did a great job of negotiating with the buyers and their Realtor. She is the best Realtor I have ever worked with!

My husband and I were very nervous looking for our first home. We frequented many open houses and met many realtors. We met Nancy at one of these open houses and we knew right away we found our realtor. She gave us so much great information and helped ease a lot of our worries. Nancy is a very warm and caring person, as well as very knowledgeable in her field. She always had our best interest at heart. She showed us so many different homes until we found the one that is perfect for us. We could not be happier with our experience and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Hello, Everyone! There are not enough words in my vocabulary to share with you how incredible, amazing and fantastic Nancy Wagner is and was when she helped my fianc? and me find our first home! WOW! What a CHAMP! We had a terrible time in California just trying to rent a house and hoped it would be easier in Washington. My boyfriend fired the first "realtor" because he wasn't bringing anything to us to look at, was slow to respond and had no obvious "talent" as a Realtor. Somehow, my boyfriend was told he should take a Real Estate Class and was soooo impressed with the person teaching the class, Ms. Nancy Wagner, he hired her on the spot to help us. Thank God!!! Nancy did EVERYTHING RIGHT, NOTHING WRONG and is so knowledgable and such a professional that she made it look easy! I was surprised Nancy has so many clients, because we felt like she spent ALL her time with US! She "heard" us, showed us every house we wanted to see and many we didn't catch online. We enjoyed every minute spent with Nancy and consider her a new and cherished friend! The day we finally found our home, I saw it on Zillow, sent it to my boyfriend, who didn't see my email because he was reading about it from Nancy's email that came in just after mine! How she did that is still a head-scratcher!!! Soooooo FAST! It was just like that with Nancy! When my boyfriend was showing me the house in person for the first time, Nancy helped him surprise me with a PROPOSAL!!! Further, she brought along a "Trainee" who caught the whole thing on video! There were champagne toasts and so much FUN, which has GOT to be Nancy's middle name!!! So, now we're Engaged and have a beautiful video to prove it! How thrilling to own our new home; We Love & Trust Nancy, couldn't have done this without her and Highly recommend Ms. Nancy Wagner wholeheartedly! You will, TOO!

My first time home buying experience was amazing and I know that is mostly because of Nancy and her team. Immediately I was put as ease by her personality and her knowledge in the field. She was not pushing to make a sale and I knew that this was the agent for me. Nancy's patience and understanding of the market, as well as the support of her staff made it possible to be in the house I now own. Buying a house for the first time is scary, but with Nancy in my corner I was able to overcome those fears and move forward with confidence and knowledge of the steps ahead. She was available for any questions that I had no matter how trivial they may have been. Nancy still, nearly a year later, checks up on me to see how things are going. That is customer service that is lost today with most people. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for Nancy and her team for helping me get into the house of my dreams.
