On the advice of friends we contacted Nancy Marsh to help us find a home in Edmonds. She took us through condos and homes, even ones we (and she) knew we probably wouldn't buy. It was our time to get a feel for what we wanted and needed and Nancy was right there with us - posing questions, reminding us of things we had said we wanted, and even admitting a beautiful home we looked at probably wasn't for me after watching me hobble up and down numerous flights of stairs. She sent us the address for a house to look at saying, "You will have to roll your sleeves up for this one". When the 3 of us viewed the home we all knew this was "THE ONE". Nancy Marsh is professional, trustworthy and excellent in selling real estate. She went out of her way to provide me with information that would help sell my condo in a short period of time. Her staging ideas were fantastic and helped immensely in the quick sale. She spent a lot of time in determining the best listing price and negotiated with the buyers to get me a fair and very good price. She provided excellent listing photos and made changes in my condo that truly enhanced the sale. I have personally known Nancy for over 10 years, since she first sold me my unit at Point Edwards, Edmonds, WA. Nancy was working for the developer when I first met her and I found that she was extremely knowledgable of the future potential for all of Point Edwards and from an investment perspective it would be most beneficial to buy. I have kept in touch with her and read all of her investment advice over the years. I have to say she knows the market and what it will bear. When I decided to sell my unit, Nancy was right there and ready to close the deal immediately. Since it was a cash offer, she closed the sale in 10 days and I doubled what I had bought my unit for. Nancy Marsh, in my opinion, is the best qualified realtor for anyone looking to sell their Point Edwards unit. She has sold every unit in the development at least once, twice and some three times. I would trust her to be my realtor anytime!

Nancy is honestly the best in the business. Being a first time home buyer I wasn't sure how things would go, but my experience with Nancy was the best case scenario when dealing with a real estate agent. The high level of care throughout the entire process really shows the passion that Nancy has for this work and for her clients. Nancy was able to sell our townhouse in Mukilteo in one day, however, it was after she had researched the market and arranged for the staging that made our home very appealing.
