I was born and raised in East Sacramento as part of the Strouse Family. Attending Sacramento High School and Sacramento City College, my main focus was on marketing.   I have always had a desire to sell so real estate was a natural fit.   With a love the outdoors, you may find me out fishing or traveling in our trailer in my spare time.  

With my parent's help, I purchased my first home at the age of 21. This turned out to be my best investment ever.   It is my pleasure to help first time buyers find their home as well as helping investors do a 1031 exchange and selling ranch land.  I have sold from fixers to mansions, lots to ranch lands, and duplexes to fourplexes.  I have been a real estate agent with Lyon Realtors since 1984.
