This made it really easy to close in less than a month, which was extremely helpful since we were driving all the way from Southern California! Nadine was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Nadine cares about their clients and she is always updated with what’s going on in the market. We especially appreciated Nadine because 1) she has been living at McKenzie for many many years so she is aware of the history of the area, the building requirements of Lane County, and the community. 2) She genuinely wants to revive the community after the holiday fire and are looking for new buyers to help rebuild the beauty of McKenzie and support the local businesses. We want to thank Nadine Scott for sticking with us on a very complex transaction for a piece of property that involved 4 different tax lots and one being comercial. We've purchased two properties through Nadine so far. She is knowledgeable of all aspects of the transaction providing us with the peace of mind all want to have when making such a large investment. She made sure to suggest all the various inspections that should take place prior to commitment and was a huge asset in getting them all done in a timely manner. This was not a given as when I called I found most were booked up past the date I needed things done by so I call Nadine and she either had me use her name and/or contacted the inspectors personally. It is amazing at how schedules suddenly open up for her but it makes sense. If they can't accommodate her people she will find other who will. Nadine specializes in the McKenzie River Valley which is important as there are plenty of things specific to property close to rivers or water sheds that your realtor needs to be able to advise about. Concerning the last purchase the intent was to use it as a rental. Nadine knew this and before I knew if we had 4 families calling us wanting to rent. With her assistance we were able to have the place set up in a year lease with the move in date within 30 days of the sale. Nadine Scott's knowledge of the McKenzie River area and the local real estate market was key in selling my home. Her office proximity in Vida was also a factor, Eugene agents were not as willing to take the time to show property upriver. Nadine was responsive and available to buyers questions and kept communications flowing.
