Casey Price is awesome. He may look young, but he REALLY knows his stuff and has a huge network of connections for anything a homebuyer could need.
Casey took the time to get to know us and our requirements for our dream house. He set up a customized search for us that emailed us new listings matching our requirements as soon as they came on the market. We met at least weekly to view new listings.
Not all house listing services are created equal. The service he uses was able to get us in front of listings well before other people.
Casey gave great advice on what mortgage companies were best to use in a competitive market, giving us the advantage of speed over other bidders.
He helped us set up various inspections and gather estimates on work needing to be done on the house that greatly assisted us in negotiate a great price on our new house.
He was always available when we needed to have an agent on site for inspectors and contractor estimates.
Casey also provided us with contacts for various contractors that performed work on our house for a great price with above expectation quality.
We could not be happier with our experience with Casey. He saved us a LOT of money, ensured we had all information needed to make a sound decision on an older house and had us set up for success with excellent contractors to assist us with renovations we needed to make prior to moving in.

Casey was great to work with…I’d highly recommend him. We had a few hurdles to work though, renter eviction, market changes, interest rate increases etc. He gave us great advice given his extensive real estate experience, was patient with our process, let us decide what was best for us vs feeling pressured, and he’s a great communicator. Casey is my guy! I have been working with him since 2007. He was in his first years as a realtor. I have seen him grow into quite the success over the years. He has helped me navigate purchasing 5 properties over the years, both my own homes and investment properties. He is very knowledgeable about the process and especially so on investment properties as he has a number of his own. He is always willing to give recommendations, insight or help wherever needed. Casey was referred to me by my son, he was my son's broker nearly 5 years ago for a home sale/purchase. When I first met Casey, it was to do a walk-through of my parents' home, to evaluate what should be done to prepare it for market. We agreed on nearly everything, and Casey made a couple suggestions I hadn't thought of that didn't require any financial investment. I couldn’t imagine a better partner through our home buying process. Tyler was there to help us put together a plan for our approach to buying, there to walk through houses with us commenting on key considerations, and there to talk us through how each option fit with what we were looking for. By the end of our search, we looked to him for a thoughtful and objective option on each property, and he never failed to tell us what we needed to hear even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. We found a place we are in love with, and he helped us put together an offer that got it, then walked us through all of the milestones to close the deal. It was great!!
