Monica Scoutten loves a good challenge, whether it is hiking in the outdoors or working hard volunteering in her community. This might be why she started her career in real estate in 2007 as the housing market was beginning to fall apart. “Nothing comes easy,” says Monica. “It takes discipline and hard work to be successful.”
Monica’s passion to serve and love of houses has helped fuel her success as a Realtor. A true northwest native, she grew up in Tacoma and has a deep understanding of the surrounding towns and neighborhoods and the unique benefits each of these areas offer to the people who live in them.
When she’s not selling houses Monica loves spending time with her husband, three kids and exploring around the region.

Whether it’s selling houses in one of the most challenging markets in history or her new found love/hate relationship with running, Monica loves to overcome obstacles and take on new challenges including summitting Mt. Rainier in 2015.
