She has experience with new home sales, resale inventory, new development, and commercial leasing and purchasing. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and Marketing and was a principal broker for a St George real estate company for 7 years, as well as the Vice President for Windermere Utah for another 4 years.
Monica moved to Salt Lake City with her family in 2013, and fell in love instantly with the friendly people and welcoming community that greeted her; living here has brought her to a place that finally feels like home, and she loves working to help others find the same sense of place. She is passionate about design, family, amazing food, and working toward the authentic expression of herself. In her spare time, she loves going to yoga and the gym, perusing the world for beauty, and spending time with her kids, family, and friends.
