About Molly
Molly Kemper has made a name for herself in the real estate community as a respected agent with an analytical mind, aesthetic eye, and client-centric approach. She listens with empathy and advocates for clients, quickly putting them at ease with her thoughtful counsel and depth of industry knowledge. Plus, her unique marketing background and strategic focus have proven to be invaluable benefits to clients.
A Seattle area native, Molly attended Washington State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree along with minors in Business and English to accommodate her varied interests. She also studied real estate at WSU and passed the real estate broker licensing exam but opted to first try her hand in the corporate world.
Her professional introduction into real estate began while working in marketing and business development for some of the world’s most notable commercial architecture and interior design firms. For 20 years, she led comprehensive marketing programs that built company brands, and helped position design practices to compete and win work with leading real estate developers. Through this experience, Molly learned how to spot design and planning opportunities and gained precious insights on how to tell a property's best story.
In 2017, Molly shifted careers and became a real estate broker. She joined Windermere West Metro, which is the only real estate company where she has worked. Now more than 200 clients into her career, she has found a true “home” as an agent, marrying her love for the built environment with her thoughtful advisory and management skills. Today, she applies her marketing expertise to real estate, helping clients feature their homes in the best light and identifying ways to maximize potential for buyers and sellers alike.
As a full-service broker, Molly’s top priority is to build a trusting relationship by making sure client’s goals and interests are at the heart of every decision. From collaborating on pricing and marketing strategies to negotiating and closing the transaction, she is committed to making the journey in real estate as easy and stress-free as possible for clients.
Molly is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Guild level member with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She’s originally from Richmond Beach and lived in neighborhoods all over the city before falling in love with West Seattle. She resides in the North Admiral neighborhood with her husband and two children, and loves raising them in such an inviting and fun community. When not at work, you can find her watching her kids competing in sports or traveling the world.
