I'm proud of my Washington native roots and growing up in Eastern Washington. After moving to Seattle after graduating college in Communication, I worked in television for a few years.  I met some iconic Seattle celebrities and creative talent.  Later, I tapped into my creative side and started a floral design studio too.  Then in 2001, I found my calling.  My real estate career had begun.

Floating homes on Lake Union and Portage Bay became a specialty around 2009.  The small, quirky community of 507 floating homes showed me the delicate balance between a fast paced city life and conservation approach.  It's a facinating history and one that is well preserved through the Floating Home Association (FHA) and people who live in the community.  I'm incredibly thankful to be included into this community as their real estate advisor.   Within this intimate community are stories to be heard and homes to be shared.

My drive for you to be successful doesn't stop at floating homes.  It continues to riverfront, waterfront homes, condo, co-ops, single family homes in some of the hottest neighborhoods and some of the up and coming ones too.  My passion for working with both buyers and sellers go beyond a transaction which is why cultivating relationships is the reason most of my business comes from referrals.

Earning my Premier Director title is something I am very proud of.  It has lead to some highlights such as selling the highest sold floating home, in the top 25 in 2025 for sales volume in Seattle, recognized as the Windermere floating home specialist and even a pickleball champion trophy.
