I have been a full time Realtor® since 1985, beginning my career in Los Angeles before relocating to the Seattle area in 1993.  Four decades later, I remain just as enthusiastic about real estate as the day I started my professional career.  I am truly grateful for every opportunity to represent buyers and sellers in today's dynamic, fast-moving market.

I work confidently across all price ranges, assisting everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners, on both the buying and selling side of a transaction.  My business is built largely on referrals and repeat clients - friends, neighbors, and long standing relationships I value deeply.  Having listed and sold properties throughout Western Washington, I bring extensive experience, market knowledge and familiarity with a wide range of communities.

I am also happy to connect clients with trusted professionals, whether they are relocating out of the area or need services such as painters, landscapers, or designers. 

In addition, I have extensive experience working with corporate relocation clients from companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Google, Boeing, Paccar, F5, T-Mobile, Starbucks, Children's Hospital, University of Washington, Juno Therapeutics, Meta, and others.  I represent all types of properties, including resale homes, new construction, investment properties, and condos/townhomes.
