I have been a full time Realtor® since 1985, beginning my career in Los Angeles before relocating to the Seattle area in 1993.  Four decades later, I'm just as enthusiastic about real estate as the day I began my professional career.  I'm grateful for every opportunity to represent buyers and sellers in todays's dynamic, fast-moving market.

I work confidently across all price ranges - from first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners, both buyers and sellers.  My business is built largely on past clients, friends and neighbors, and referrals.  I have listed and sold properties throughout Western Washington, and my extensive experience means there are very few areas I am not familiar with.  I am also happy to share professionals for my clients that are needing a Realtor® out of the area or possibly needing painters, landscapers, designers, etc.

I've also worked extensively with corporate relocation clients from companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Google, Boeing, Paccar, F5, T-Mobile, Starbucks, Children's Hospital, University of Washington, Juno Therapeutics, Meta, and others.  I represent all types of properties, including resale, new construction, investment properties, and condos/townhomes.
