My philosophy for buyers on having a successful real estate transaction is to be armed with as much information on the process as possible. Home buying can be a long and stressful process but knowing what to expect will reduce the stress level. That's why I spend time getting to know my clients, what they're looking for and then educating them on buying in the Seattle market. I also conduct home buying seminars for buyers who are just beginning to think about buying.

My job as your listing agent is to work with you to determine what your needs are: the highest sales price, within your time frame. I will put together a marketing plan for selling your property that will include open houses for both buyers and agents, flyers, and marketing materials, and prepare you and your home for being on the market. I will also help to educate you on what to expect, hopefully to reduce some of the stress involved with selling your home. And, I will work with you to negotiate with the buyers and their agent to put together a successful transaction.
Personal
I was raised in San Diego and came to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. Since 1996, I've been working out of Windermere's Greenwood office representing buyers and sellers. I’m married with two kids, a boy and girl.
I've had the great fortune to live in San Diego, Milan Italy, and Seattle. Each city has its own special flavor and wonderful memories but Seattle is truly my home.
