My mom recently sold her house in the Kingston/Hansville area and Michelle provided the absolute BEST realtor experience I've ever been a part of. From the get go she was a great listener and clearly explained all she would do to help prepare and then market my mom's home - from social media posts, to connections to contractors (she is so incredibly well connected to good tradespeople who showed up on time and got the necessary remodeling done), to staging, then photos and video of the house - she made the entire process stress free and enjoyable.
