Welcome!

I was born and raised in Orangevale, California and recently lived in San Francisco for six years of my young adult life. Due to this experience, I was able to come back to Sacramento and appreciate the smaller town feel, and the sense of “home” within the surrounding cities. I now cherish the importance of warmth within a home, and strive to find that feeling for every client I get the opportunity to partner with.

Having grown up alongside my father, Jim Luse, who is a respected and well-known builder in the area, I have been able to glean a lot of behind the scenes knowledge of the industry. He is the general contractor of L&H Construction, Inc., which was established in 1984. I have developed a deeper knowledge and appreciation for the real estate market from a first hand basis. I was able to experience the construction aspect of home building, all the way through the final stages of selling a home. This kind of insight allows me to have a more thorough understanding of what goes into a home and what buyers and sellers are looking for.

With over 10 years in the customer service and recruiting industries, I promise to fully comprehend what my client is looking for, whether one is interested in buying, or selling. I feel that it is essential to learn what my client’s wants, needs and dreams are so that I can provide them with the best possible experience. I strive to make their journey positive and memorable since this is one of the most important life decisions they will make.

If you are looking to downsize, invest in a second home, your family has expanded, or if you are anywhere in between, I would love the opportunity to partner with you. Feel free to connect with me, or pass my information on to someone who is in the market.

When taking a break from work I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring trendy restaurants, playing co-ed softball, rooting for the San Francisco Giants, or taking road trips around the greater Northern California area.
