I’m proud to be a third-generation REALTOR®. Real estate isn’t just my profession, it’s part of my family’s story. My grandfather founded Himlie Realty in Shelton in the 1960s, and today our Windermere/Himlie office continues that tradition of excellence. We’re fortunate to have multiple generations of highly respected brokers working side by side, sharing deep local knowledge and a commitment to doing things the right way. Growing up around that standard shaped how I approach this work every day.

I currently serve as the 2026 President of the Mason County Association of REALTORS® and Chair of the Education Committee. At the state level, I continue my service with Washington REALTORS® as a member of the Education Committee (2024 Chair) and the Grievance Committee. In that role, we review ethics complaints to determine whether a potential violation of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics has occurred and, when appropriate, forward matters to Professional Standards for hearing. Upholding the integrity of our profession is something I take seriously.

Education has always been central to my career, which led me to become a licensed Real Estate Instructor. I’m grateful for the mentors who invested in me early on, and I’m passionate about paying that forward.

I hold the Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS) Designation through the National Association of REALTORS®, one of the highest credentials awarded to residential sales professionals nationwide. This Designation is earned through advanced education and a proven record of successful residential sales, and it is held by only a small percentage of REALTORS® across the country.

Beyond real estate, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Mason County Historical Society. I love being part of a community that values its history while continuing to grow and evolve.
