He also recently sold a house in the Phoenix Field neighborhood. Michael’s seller netted a 25% higher price per square foot than any other property in the area AND it sold in just 6 hours!

After serving 4 years in the US Air Force, he graduated in 1989 with a business degree from CSUS, Sacramento. He’s a dedicated community activist and volunteer in Fair Oaks: served as honorary mayor of Fair Oaks, Volunteer of the Year, a member of the local Rotary Club, Historic Society, Fair Oaks Theater Festival, and the Chamber of Commerce. He proudly helped facilitate the passing of Proposition J in 2018 enabling the Fair Oaks Rec and Parks District to receive a 27 million dollar bond for revitalization of the Fair Oaks Parks.
