Austin did a fantastic job in helping us to sell our house. We were looking for someone who would be down-to-earth, personable, and, most of all, for our situation, we wanted someone who was experienced and savvy with sales. Many agents we talked to had experience only on the buyer side, but not the seller side. We definitely found the right person for the job. Austin was always communicative and thinking a step ahead. Alex listed our house this summer and marketed it so well, it went pending in three days. He stayed calm and professional throughout the whole process, which can be extremely stressful for a seller. He was available 24/7, and guided us through every step of the process. Michael Robinson has been our Realtor for years. The first home we purchased through Michael was just over five years ago. It was a short sale and not a strait forward purchase to say the least ! Michael was patient and creative with the short sale process. He walked us through every step of this complicated transaction and we ended up in our dream home in less time than anyone imagined. We spent many happy years in this home, and when it came time to downsize as we watched our children go off to college we knew exactly who to call. Again, we had an interesting and challenging proposal for Michael. We had already found our home for the next stage of our life. We just needed to sell our current dream home for the next one..... Without losing any money, and keeping our payments exactly the same. Somehow, Michael threaded the needle! Our contingent offer was accepted which in this market, was not easy. Next, to sell our house for the amount we needed to make the whole thing work. Before I knew it, the photographer was at my house, not just taking photos but with a drone ! The marketing was incredible ! When I saw the pictures and video of our home I almost changed my mind on selling the house it looked so beautiful. The next thing I knew Sandy, Michaels assistant was calling to set up an open house. I can hardly explain how many people saw our home. I had a stack of cards so thick friends could not believe it. That was just the first weekend. Our home sold quite quickly and with multiple offers in a short period of time things got interesting again. Michael took us in his office on a Sunday mind you, and walked us through every offer. He was so knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the offers we were able to make a quick decision that we felt confident was the best for us. When all is said and done, my biggest compliment to Michael and his team is that they took all the stress away from us. I know our circumstances were not typical. That did not matter, they took care of every detail and let us know when it was done. I could not be happier with the results we have gotten with Michael, Sandy, and the rest of his team. They are professional, yet truly personal in their approach to business and Realestate. What more could you ask for when you are dealing with your home and family.

Michael helped my husband and I sell our primary residence in Gig Harbor ($460k) then a rental in North Tacoma ($230k). The Gig Harbor house was a tough sell (weird street location) but with lots of other selling points and he managed through it with confidence and expertise. The rental house was easier - attractive house and attractive location. Again, he oversaw the analysis, marketing, then negotiation with competence. In both, we had to draw upon extra support (i.e., work and time) from him and his staff since we were selling from out of state (recently moved). Michael is smart and a straight shooter. He's been in the business a long time; he knows real estate inside and out. He's a business guy selling houses. He's also smart enough to know that egos get in the way, so he remains humble and open minded. Outside of Michael, we've usually handled our real estate transactions without an agent. Michael was well worth his commission and if he moved to Texas we'd probably pay him to transact our real estate here.

I was a first time home buyer. Alex was very helpful along the way. He was prompt to let me know of any houses that came onto the market. When I found one that I liked, he was helpful and very knowledgable about the process. He explained everything clearly that needed to happen and gave advice and recommendations along the way along the way. He followed through with everything that he said he would in a timely manner.
