BACKGROUND

As a native to the great Northwest, I understand why so many people are passionate about living here. I grew up in a home my dad built in Gig Harbor, and today my wife, two kids and I live just about a mile from that house in a home and neighborhood that we love. As a young boy, I had an entrepreneurial spirit that began with me mowing lawns and selling hot dogs at the Daffodil Festival to eventually being the manager of a clothing store by the time I was a senior in high school. Soon, I started my own store and for nine years I worked to grow my business until selling it in 1993. It was then that I began my real estate career, bringing my years of experience as a businessman and investor to benefit my real estate clients.

Since starting my real estate career in 1993, I have participated in over 1,300 successful real estate moves. Recognizing it can be a stressful time when buying a home, I balance the experience for my client with an abundance of communication. My perspective of the market offers my clients a predictable experience. I can manage their expectations by drawing on my experience and guiding them through the process. I am not selling anything, rather counseling them through the use of data and providing context for my client to see how they fit into the market as a seller or buyer.
