I was referred to Melissa by a friend of a friend. I was a bit hesitant at first as she is based in Longview. I got in touch with her and we met at the home I was interested in. After talking I learned she has an extensive work history in the Southwest Washington region. Once we agreed to work together, she took over the process. Very little was asked of me other than signing documents. Purchasing this property was a chaotic and stressful process mostly due to the condition of the home and property made it difficult to finance, and the property was an estate. She handled it with ease. At every bump in the road, I would get extremely discouraged until I talked to Melissa. She always had a solution that would allow us to move forward. She had contacts that I utilized for everything needed along the way. Melissa is consistent, professional, extremely knowledgeable, she is networked well and has contacts for literally everything in regards to the real estate industry. And I believe all of that in addition to her many years experience were the biggest players in making this a successful purchase.
I wanted this house so bad the very first time I laid my eyes on it, and because of Melissa, I now call it my home.

She knew exactly what we were looking for and took our requests serious. She was great with our kids being around during house tours. There was times where we were only able to do house tours after 630, and she worked through our busy schedules.

Melissa helped me purchase my first home this last summer. She came recommended from a friend who she had helped as well, and from the beginning she was very quick and responsive in answering my questions promptly and setting up viewings for me. She was very flexible with my work schedule and willing to travel all the way down from Longview multiple times to look at homes with me in the downtown Vancouver area.
She answered all my questions clearly and never made me feel dumb for asking any of them. She was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Melissa was great throughout the process. We ran into a few bumps but she worked through them, kept me updated on the process and was a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the process. She was always upbeat and I felt worked hard to get the deal done.

Melissa helped my husband and I with purchasing our first home and came recommended from our lender. Couldn't of asked for a better realtor. She was always prompt and on time, and always was on her 'A' game. Melissa always went out of her way for me and ultimately got my house sold. Working with Melissa was great she worked hard to find the perfect home. Finding a home in my limited market was hard at first but Melissa was willing to drive further out to find the perfect match. Adding hours onto her normal day she was always there to help with inspections or just any interactions I had during the process.
