I am very glad that I called Melissa Erickson at Windermere Real Estate. She agreed to meet with me at the house and give me an preliminary value of the property with out actually being able to enter at that time. There was no charge for this which I really appreciate.
Throughout the rest of the process she proved to be the perfect partner and she was able to meet with me quickly even with her busy schedule. There were some challenges in the process, and Melissa never showed the least bit of hesitation, but rather showed a confidence and an ability to explain the best solutions to some problems that came up. So I can say that I am very satisfied with a relatively quick sale, and that I got to work with such a fine professional as Melissa at Windermere.

Melissa Erickson is easy to work with and knows the Longview market. She was right on target with a suggested list price, and made the whole process easy. I've worked with Windermere in Clark County, and have found their agents/brokers to be knowledgeable, reputable, and pleasant. All have communicated well, and I trust their expertise. I hadn't had any experience with Melissa (Cowlitz County) until I called her because I learned she had previously sold a property on contract and I was looking for someone that had that experience. She did not disappoint. I highly recommend both she and Windermere in general.

Melissa was outstanding!! I needed to sell my grandmothers house after she passed and I live out of state in Alaska. My twin sister knew about Melissa and recommended her when we needed an agent and I’m glad I listened.
