WHAT I'VE LEARNED

I've been a full-time residential REALTOR® helping people buy and sell homes in the Greater Sacramento region since 2001. Before starting my career in real estate, I was a legal assistant for thirteen years. My experience includes work in plaintiff’s and defense litigation, and for a healthcare organization’s General Counsel. My background taught me about negotiation and putting a client’s interests first – the essence of “fiduciary duty,” the highest legal standard of trust and care.

I'm honored to have become a top producer in my office through referrals from happy clients to their friends, family and co-workers. It is my Job #1 to exceed your expectations through the utmost respect and service of what you need from me as your real estate consultant.

WHAT MAKES ME SMILE

I grew up in Applegate, a little town in the Placer County foothills off of Highway 80. It’s most noted for being the place where chains are put on long haul trucks before they travel up the snowy roadway. My father, a judge, retired in 1985 from the Placer County Superior Court, and was one of the first Japanese-Americans to be elected to the bench in California.

My husband, Ron, and I own investment property and two German Shepherds, Sophie and Duncan. We also have a Red-Eared Slider turtle named Fred – a female. She wandered into our front yard in 2002, and since we’re too soft-hearted to give her away, she’s still going strong.

Ron and I are blessed to enjoy a wonderful community of family and friends. When not showing homes or helping a seller prepare a property for the market, I like to work on my running form or try out a new recipe. In my middle years, I've reconnected to staying fit and learning how to achieve optimal health for the energy and strength to meet life's opportunities.
