My Professional Philosophy
Having lived pretty much my whole life in Spokane I have extensive knowledge and understanding about our community. I enjoy interacting with each person I meet, and treat them and the transaction as if it were for myself, I take a walk in the shoes of my client. I also enjoy negotiating the best win-win solution for all parties involved to allow for a smooth transaction.
I live and work with uncompromising integrity, listen intently, ask questions to determine your needs and desires and how we can achieve your dreams and aspirations. I don’t have a crystal ball so the best way to achieve your goals is thru effective and continuous communication. Developing a powerful marketing strategy is also an integral part of achieving your goals in the quickest time possible. A little something about me
As a local gal I graduated from Mead High School, went to Eastern Washington University and completed my AA in general studies then proceeded onto Washington State University and received a double Bachelors in Architecture. After graduating my interests turned to residential homes/architecture and development. I worked as a loan officer first to get some insight into the industry and decided that although I enjoy designing I really enjoy helping people and the satisfaction I get from a great transaction is amazing whether it’s helping a buyer find that hidden treasure or selling someone’s home so they can move onto the next phase in their lives.
My professional and educational background of home design and construction helps me advise buyers on the quality of the homes they are considering. I’m also familiar with interior design so I could suggest the best way to showcase your home for listing, and highlight features that would allure buyers.
