Melissa Armour's connection to real estate goes back to 1996, when she got an early look at the industry alongside her husband during his years as a selling broker. That experience gave her an appreciation for what it takes to guide clients through one of life's biggest decisions.

Before stepping fully into real estate, Melissa built a strong operational background in nonprofit work — handling membership, payment processing, and accounting — skills that translate naturally into the detail-oriented world of transactions.

In 2020, Melissa joined Aaron Bloom as his Transaction Coordinator and earned her real estate license along the way. She quickly found that working with clients was where she thrived. By 2025, she had grown into her current role as Director of Operations, where she focuses on client relationships, transaction coordination, and expense tracking.

Family is everything to Melissa, and that same heart shows up in her work. She genuinely loves helping sellers prepare a home for its next chapter and walking alongside buyers as they find a place that feels just right.
