Matt Torres is our Branch Manager of our Palm Desert office locations. As a licensed California Real Estate Agent, Matt brings over 30 years of real estate experience. He is well versed in all aspects of real estate, from property management, marketing, transaction coordinating, teaching and management.
Before joining Windermere Real Estate, Matt worked for small local luxury brokerage where he started as an Office Administrator and ended there as their Marketing Director.
Prior to that, Matt was the assistant to a local and established real estate agent well versed in REO – Real Estate Owned sales for five years. There he handled all marketing aspects, management, accounts payable/receivable, transaction coordinating and was the liaison between the Sellers and agent.
Moving to the desert in 2000, Matt worked for Realty Executives California for four years, starting out as an Assistant, then Office Administrator and Transaction Coordinator and ending as the Marketing Specialist / Corporate Controller.
