Matt was initially my buying agent, but he was so responsive and helpful during that process I hired him to sell my house as well. As a buyer, we went through a few counter offers and he made sure we didn't leave any money on the table. As a seller, he had very good (affordable) contacts to assist in some of the small repairs I had to make to ensure my house would be competitive in the market. He did his research, priced it right, and I had an offer in 5 days with a smooth closing in 30.

Matt is not only my favorite real estate professional ever, he is also one of the best people I have ever worked with ever. He is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and a very hard worker. I always felt like he understood me and was working in my best interest. I have both bought and sold a condo with him as my agent. With buying my condo, he was so patient and helpful with everything to the process, and I ended up with exactly the condo I wanted. When it came time to sell, I was so glad he could help me do that too! There were quite a lot of hiccups in the process of selling my condo (all because of the condo itself, not because of him), and I honestly don't know how I could have gotten the condo ready to sale and closed the sale without him. He helped us find the right people for cleaning, fixing, staging, etc. His communication was always super fast and thorough. He's just one of those people that makes you feel better after you talk to him, don't matter what the crisis may be. I can't recommend him enough, and if I weren't leaving WA state, I would insist on keeping him as my real estate person forever. I will definitely be referring anyone else I know who is buying or selling a place to him.

Matt was nothing short of incredible, and I do not use that term lightly! He was friendly, unbelievably prompt, responsive, savvy, and decisive right when he needed to be. He has supportive of our timeline (no hurry but moving quick when needed), and was respectful and thoughtful in learning how best to work with us.Matt single handedly used his savvy negotiating to save us from a bidding war on the house (sellers tried to rescind our offer after initially accepting). His quick thinking and decisiveness allowed us to get our dream home at a great price!
