Highly recommend! Matt is a fantastic realtor. He has a depth of local market knowledge in the Portland and surrounding areas, he's extremely responsive to inquiries (even my numerous text inquiries), and clearly let us know what to expect throughout both the buying and selling process at all times. Matt and Kerry are the absolute best we could have hoped for in selling our Hillsboro home. You do not just get a broker to list your home, you get a team that masterfully guides the process. From the awesome analytics Matt puts together identifying optimal price (turned out to be more than we wanted to list at and we sold above that) to the staging consultant, Windy "the hurricane" Bailey keeping the paperwork in order, pre-open walk-through, and providing resources to tackle the inspection issues. Matt and Kerry do it all and in the process became dear friends. Not using them would be your first mistake in selling your home.
