I am constantly taking extra credit classes pertaining to the real estate market so that I can be ahead of the curve for my clients. I have earned one of the most highly honored designations in the real estate industry, the CRS or Certified Residential Specialist. In order to get this certification, you need to have sold or listed a great number of properties and you must have many extra hours of advance education. I am most proud of this designation, as less than 5% of all real estate agents achieve this level of professionalism. I also have other designations including the Certified Negotiation Expert and the Accredited Buyers Representative designations.
