I’ve been living here in Kitsap County, Washington since 2006, migrating from the Philippines. It was a turning point in my life, but it didn’t take long for me to feel that Kitsap is home. The scenery and seasons in the northwest are remarkable! I grew up in this area, attending schools in Silverdale (Ridgetop Junior High & Central Kitsap High School) and Bremerton (Olympic High School).

After graduating high school, I worked at a car dealership as a lot attendant and a crew member at a fast-food restaurant. I learned to display great attention to detail while performing in a fast-paced environment. In 2011, I signed up to serve for the United States Air Force Reserve. I flew to Texas for Basic Military Training and Technical School. After that, I was assigned active status for a few years, serving in Joint Base Lewis McChord as an electrician, repairing/installing electrical systems of equipment and buildings, and performing maintenance on the airfield lighting. I learned an abundance of trade knowledge from my apprenticeship and proudly served in the USAF. The USAF core values were engrained in me. The core values are Integrity First, Excellence in all we do, and Service before self. I continue to live by these values.

After my active-duty assignment, I started working in Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as a production machinery electrician in 2015. I expanded my electrical knowledge and shared what I know to my peers while providing excellent customer service. With hard work, experience and proven people and leadership skills, I have advanced my career and now serve as the Electrical Process Manager for the maintenance shop. As a manager, I strategize and collaborate with my team. I also strive to balance the wants of the workforce and the needs of the workload. Helping everyone recognize different perspectives is the key. I also use this approach in real estate during negotiations.

I enjoy helping homebuyers and sellers on their real estate journeys. I’ve helped a range of clients – from first-time homebuyers to experienced buyers and sellers. As your real estate agent, I am dedicated to ensuring the transaction stays on the right path. My main goal is to educate my clients to have a clear understanding of the home selling/buying process, so clients fully understand all forms and agreements. I’ve been in those shoes as the buyer and seller. So as a real estate agent, I hold myself to the highest standard.
