We first met Marisa when she sold us our home on behalf of the builder in 2013. Despite working for them, on the second construction delay she hinted that we should ask for some sort of concession. I knew then I was dealing with a very good an honest person. I've recommended Marisa to friends and family and six years after the home purchase, it was time to sell due to the divorce. She was thoroughly professional in selling and marketing our home even when a few issues came up. What stood out beyond her selling our home is her care as a person dealing with us at a difficult and sensitive time. She offered help with contacts for cleaning and dump hauling as we were moving out and followed up to see how we were doing after the transaction closed. I highly recommend Marisa both for her professionalism and the genuine care she takes of her clients.

Marisa is an amazing realtor. She put in many many hours to get our deal done and she did it with a cheerful effortless attitude. Because we were buying a new construction there were a few hiccups (permits and things with the builder), but Marisa calmed and assured us that all would work out in the end-and it did! We purchased our home from Marissa in 2014, and had a wonderful experience, so when we decided we would list our rental property, we knew we wanted her to be our listing agent. She is honest, reliable, professional, and an excellent communicator. She gave us constructive advice on which repairs we should make before listing. The house was empty, so she worked with a stager to set up the house so a buyer could easily imagine how it might look with their furnishings. She suggested a price we felt comfortable with and got it listed. Within 24 hours, we had multiple offers on the property! She met with us to discuss the offers and provided us with critical information to consider that we might have overlooked. We selected an offer, and signed the agreement. Marisa kept in touch with us, letting us know the progress of the buyer's inspection, appraisal and loan process along the way. Any time we had a question, she gave us an immediate response. We will highly recommend her to anyone we know that is looking to buy or sale a home. 24 hours- 5 offers- who could complain!!
