Marisa is a master of her craft. Her approach is holistic, friendly and strategic. Selling and buying a new house can be stressful, and she made it easy. She took charge in setting up the inspection, movers, stagers, cleaners, and even worked with multiple lenders to make selling my house super easy. She checked in frequently to keep me in the loop and took the initiative to do research to make sure I understood all the angles. Her diligence and expertise was impressive, and absolutely put me at ease. All I had to do was show up, and that's what you want from a realtor! Marisa was nothing short of amazing. She made the home purchase process a breeze for us (first-time home buyers). We were out of town when our place popped on the market, and she went to the house and gave us a FaceTime tour! Her advice on offer submittal ensured we were competitive, and all of her recommendations for inspector, broker, etc were great. Finally, when things got a little dicey with the previous owner not moving all of their stuff, Marisa stepped in and was instrumental in allowing us to move in on time. My experience with Marisa was great! She really seems to love what she does and made selling our home a very seamless and transparent experience. Marisa is very knowledgeable and did a great job managing and negotiating a “multiple offer” situation to get us the best sales price for our home and she worked to CLOSE the deal as quickly as possible. Marisa contacted us early in the process while we were in Peru and relatively unavailable, worked tirelessly for months to show us available houses online & in-person, then put in tremendous effort to help us quickly close on our first choice house. Marisa was nice, accommodating, flexible, professional, & very hardworking. She didn't panic when we accidentally enabled another agent to position herself as our closing agent, but took control and worked to negotiate a stronger, more preferable agreement with the seller. Marisa was flat out extraordinary to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Marisa made us feel cared for as first time homebuyers and she had endless knowledge about the Kitsap housing market (and beyond!). In a slim market that had pending offers in hours flat, we were really intimidated at first. Marisa was quick to let us know as soon as possible if anything popped up within our requirements and scheduled us for tours ASAP. What stands out to me is how quick and responsive she was to any questions we had. She had a straightforward way of telling us any key information about a home while also working with us to assess any pros and cons. She also gave us room to breathe and 'take in' a place when we were touring, which was really important for our decision making. At one point we ran into unforeseen difficulties involving one property. During this situation Marisa was calm headed and did everything she could to resolve the issue. We ended up going a different direction, but I will never forget how hard she fought to help us. And help us she did! In the end Marisa found us an incredible home in Poulsbo! After we were settled in, she checked in and was excited to see our new changes. I can't recommend Marisa enough. Thank you Marisa for all your help!

Marisa was a fantastic realtor for my purpose of a home just across the Sound from Seattle. She is exceptionally responsive, using texts, phone calls, and e-mails to keep me informed at each stage of the purchase. She worked around my schedule and timezone differences (purchasing the house while still living in Hawaii) and even arranged for multiple walk-thru's using camera's so I could see what I was about to purchase. I would highly recommend her, and she was actually referred to me by one of my best friends. I am very glad he and his wife knew her, she is an absolute gem!

Ariella was absolutely the best person to trade with. she answered any question I had, no matter how minuscule or silly it seemed, in an extremely fast manner. I never felt out of the loop, and I never felt like I didn’t know exactly what was going on. There were many times I had to have her break it down very very thoroughly for me,she made me a withdraw of $10,000 while she trade with $1000, but she did such a great job and was so patient.
