Unique Expertise

I provide my clients with strong business judgment and experience beyond those offered by the traditional Realtor. I have over fifteen years of marketing, sales, and project management experience, including a BA and an MBA from Duke University. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked at several Fortune 500 companies, culminating in a senior product manager role at Amazon.com. I listen carefully to my clients’ needs to understand their situation and motivations, and I offer my clients skillful negotiation, strategic counsel, and insightful analysis of real estate trends and investment returns. I understand that my clients need effective advocacy and critical problem solving skills in the pursuit of successful real estate transactions. I work vigorously to earn and keep my clients’ trust, and my relentlessly high standards and tenacity deliver superior services. Speed matters in real estate, and I operate swiftly to ensure no opportunities are missed. As a result, I consistently exceed my clients’ expectations, delivering exceptional results for them.

Market Experience

I have been a Realtor since 2013 and an active real estate investor since 2005 – my personal passion for buying and selling homes is why I became a Realtor! My experience in residential remodel projects provides my clients with an added dimension of service, enabling me to see value that others overlook and to work with architects and builders to monetize it. This perspective can be useful to clients as they decide whether to purchase, improve, or sell one of their most important assets.

Community Involvement

I grew up in Bellevue and now live in Seattle, and I have strong ties to the Seattle area. Since 2009 I have held multiple senior leadership positions with the Junior League of Seattle, a well-respected nonprofit organization focused on empowering children and women in the Seattle community. I also volunteer with my alma mater, Duke University, serving since 2001 as an admissions ambassador for both my undergraduate and graduate programs.
