Exceptional experience with Marilyn in a recent transaction and 6-7 others we’ve had her help with in the past 10 years. Very responsive to our questions; Always willing to spend the time to handle what’s needed … Most important was the great advice she provided on the both the sale of our exiting home and purchase of a new one. Amazing experience!!! Marilyn helped us sell our home in Central Bellevue in the middle of the COVID crisis. We were out of town sellers and she took care to coordinate EVERYTHING! Listing our home right at the onset of the COVID crisis was no easy task but in spite of limited ability to show, we were under contract in just 10 days. Her many years in the business and knowledge of home construction was a super PLUS. She is the quintessential real estate professional. She's fantastic!!

Marilyn helped us to make a decision to down-size and coached us through a 6-week fast-track getting downsized and then having our house listed. She had a wonderful way of walking us step by step through recommended changes prior to selling and finding professionals to accomplish the work in a short period of time. She thoroughly researched a selling price and was able to identify a listing price and then prepare great marketing materials including photos, a drone-assisted video, and a foreign-language posting sote. She was high-energy, and got so much accomplished, but never pressured us. We sold in a week at our desired price. As we looked to the next landing place, she assisted with a rental and then helped us buy our next house. We would definitely recommend Marilyn as an experienced, honest, and excellent realtor.

Marilyn went above and beyond anything we were expecting from a realtor. We had lived in our home for 42 years and her suggestions and resourcefulness were an immense help. I have bought and sold many properties, usually disappointed with the realtors and feel like they quit working when the deal is signed. Far from the case with Marilyn, she as I told her and others is the best realtor by far that I have ever worked with. She is honest, has a way to make deals happen even when dealing with difficult clients (like me sometimes), hard working, pleasant to be around and mostly I have honestly felt she earned her commissions on every deal and then some.

Working with Marilyn Carroll as both our purchase and sale agent was a great experience. She is a Kirkland Real Estate expert and her experience, integrity and enthusiasm are very obvious. Marilyn took the time to really understand what our family was looking for in a new home and together we found the perfect property our first trip out. With her help we were able to move in to our new house 30 days after our offer was accepted. In an extremely competitive market she made our home purchase/sale smooth and stress-free.
