Beyond Expectations!! This is how I feel about Marianne's professionalism and personality. She not only did everything I asked from an agent but also gave emotional support during the entire process. Because of the tight timeline to prepare my house for sale I was under a lot of pressure from choosing contractors for repairs and upkeep to staging and cleanup. She offered tremendous support by referring some reliable and experienced contractors. She was patient and open to different ideas and pricing strategies, but in the end she was firm in what she believed to be the most appropriate way. She was focused, caring, understanding and passionate. We hear a lot of agents say they would help you every step of the way. Marianne truly did that. I wholeheartedly recommend her to represent you as your real estate agent. Even before the sales of my home was completed I said to Marianne that I would write a great review for her and she deserved it.

We just loved Marianne as our agent! She is very smart, truly humane and experienced on the market. She exceeded our expectations and helped us find the house we love. Both me and my husband have been living in US for about three years and this is our first time buy. So we had a lot of questions on the best way to navigate this process. Marianne was always very supportive and responsive, patient and pro-active in helping us. She made us feel welcome and comfortable going a lot beyond the basics. Marianne was an amazing agent to work with. As a first time home buyer, it was an incredibly daunting process to go through, but Marianne made it so easy and facilitated the whole process. She is detail-oriented, a great listener, and kept in touch the entire time. Marianne expertly managed complicated, dual negotiations for us (on our house she listed and the house we were purchasing) despite each being located in areas with significantly different market conditions at the time (suburban Woodinville versus inner-city Capitol Hill). The house we were purchasing on Capitol Hill had multiple offers and was an intense competitive process which Marianne navigated skillfully. She passionately fought for us as buyers and creatively structured our offer to trump the other interested parties. We didn't expect to find a house so quickly and were therefore grossly ill-prepared for the listing process which Marianne expedited and facilitated in every way possible and then some. Her marketing savvy and sophistication from her past corporate experience stood vastly apart from local standards, and she continues to be a leader in this area, always striving for perfection in showcasing one's home.

She helped us through a very long estate settlement and when we were ready she sold the property in two days.
