Mariah Van Halm is a dedicated real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc., proudly serving as part of the Kritsonis Lindor Dalrymple (KLD) Real Estate Group with Windermere. With a natural passion for people and a sharp business mind, Mariah brings a unique blend of youthful energy, market knowledge, and financial expertise to every transaction.
Having grown up in Issaquah and spent her life immersed in the Eastside community, Mariah brings a deep-rooted understanding of the area's neighborhoods, lifestyle, and market dynamics. From playing competitive sports across the region to earning her degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, her strong local ties and commitment to community are unmatched. She currently lives in Seattle, staying close to her alma mater and embracing the vibrancy of city life.
Mariah began her career in real estate as an intern with the KLD Group while still in college, obtaining her license and joining the team just one week after graduation. Now, as a broker, she has developed a thriving, referral-based career helping a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to luxury and waterfront sellers. Whether it’s a modern condo in the city or a legacy home on the lake, Mariah meets each client where they are with care, strategy, and results.
As a broker, Mariah is known for her relationship-first approach, backed by a collaborative team with over 50 years of combined experience. Her clients trust her skilled negotiation, market savvy, and data-driven decision-making. She prepares clients with clear communication, unwavering advocacy, and the full support of a team of eight professionals working together to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
In addition to real estate, Mariah is passionate about giving back. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for MS, I’mpossible, a nonprofit she co-founded to support young adults living with Multiple Sclerosis. She also gives her time to the Issaquah Girls Basketball Association as a volunteer coach, continuing the legacy of mentorship and community that shaped her own youth.
When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find Mariah playing soccer with friends, cheering on the UW Huskies, or golfing with her family in Maui. Whether you’re buying your first home or marketing a luxury estate, Mariah offers an authentic, informed, and highly personalized approach to helping you reach your real estate goals.
