Welcome! If you are planning to buy or sell real estate in this area you have found the right person. I grew up in the Northwest and I have lived in Skagit County for over 36 years. I have been a real estate broker for over 20 years and I have an extensive knowledge of the area and real estate market. Real estate is a full time business for me. I continue my real estate education and certification and maintain an active real estate license. In addition to my real estate education I also have a Bachelor of Fine Arts. My photography and computer graphics background has helped me in producing high quality, professional marketing for my clients. I owe my success to many factors, including my fastidious attention to detail and high level of personal service, my use of the latest technologies and software, my high ethical standards, and going the extra mile to help my clients achieve their goals. I take my job seriously and excel at my marketing, presentation, and representation. I’m one of the top producing agents at Windermere Real Estate/Anacortes Properties and I'm happy to be affiliated with Windermere Real Estate which is the largest real estate company in the Northwest and third largest in the nation.

Hobbies
I enjoy going to art galleries and museums, hiking in the mountains and going for walks with my dogs on the beach. A good book in the evening is a peaceful way to end the day.
