In a complex and fast-moving housing market like Seattle, a real estate agent negotiating with your best interests in mind creates a distinct advantage. For many, purchasing or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I empower my clients to make these important decisions with an in-depth understanding of their goals, extensive industry knowledge, and clarity on a complex process. I also have a keen understanding of the unique challenges a competitive market like Seattle brings to buying or selling a home. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or looking to make a change, I work to make the process enjoyable and hope to earn the privilege of being your real estate advocate for life!

Meet Maggie

My journey to real estate began with the purchase of my first home – a fixer upper in Greenwood. I felt overwhelmed and exhausted by the process. What is a title report? Do I need to get pre-qualified or pre-approved? Am I making the right decision? I believe that such a memorable moment in someone’s life ought to be as stress-free as possible – and maybe even a little fun! Now multiple live-in flips later, I’m in my dream neighborhood and have learned how to build up equity through DIY renovations and buying in appreciating neighborhoods. By gleaning from my own experiences, staying informed on current market trends, and communicating every step of the way, I ensure that my clients feel at ease with the journey ahead. I pride myself on earning trust and building relationships that last a lifetime.

Born and raised in Seattle, I am inspired by the diverse culture, the natural beauty that surrounds us and the people that make up this special place.  After graduating from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Finance (Go Dawgs!), I dove headfirst into the corporate world at Microsoft and Starbucks. My roles at these large Seattle corporations taught me the skills necessary to manage a transaction from start to finish, negotiate contracts in which all parties leave satisfied, and market a property for maximum exposure – all of this while keeping the client at the center of everything I do.

When I’m not immersing myself in real estate, you can find me running along the Magnolia Boulevard, heads down in a HGTV-inspired DIY project, or exploring the San Juan Islands with my husband, three kids, and our labradoodle.
