YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

I am a 23 year Veteran of Full Time Real Estate & have earned RRG, GRI, SFR designations further showing commitment to provide superb Real Estate Service to clients. In addition I was hand selected by the State of Nevada to complete the LeadershipNVAR program in 2008 which has since helped me tap into things I am passionate about which is my family, Community Service, & Volunteering. The past Eight years I have served as a Board Member on both the Windermere Foundation Committee & Windermere Community Service Day Committee. Recently I was elected to be the President of Kiwanis Club of Southern Nevada for a second term. In conjunction with our Kiwanis group we have made StreetTeens a nonprofit homeless teen shelter in Las Vegas/Henderson our primary mission.

Education & Serving the Community

The GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation is most widely recognized professional designation available to real estate professionals nationwide.
The RRG (Risk Reduction Graduate™) is a real estate Society that keeps its graduates apprised of risk management, current legal and legislative issues and as a sidebar, Brokerages' E & O premium may also be favorably affected due to the program is specifically designed to help REALTORS® understand and interpret contracts and the laws that govern them. Most every class is written and taught by Nevada Real Estate Attorneys.
The SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosures Resource Certification) This designation represents the new "traditional" real estate transaction. Educates on maneuvering the complexities of short sales & foreclosures.
LeadershipNVAR™
Leadership development is an essential element in the process of improving our profession and the Association. NVAR is committed to identifying and cultivating leaders for the future of the real estate profession in Nevada. The LeadershipNVAR program is an exciting way to accomplish this vision by encouraging participants with motivational activities and assisting in sharpening their leadership skills in the hope they will exert a strong positive influence on the future of the profession and the Association. The LeadershipNVAR program is a year-long program that meets in various locations and addresses a variety of areas of personal and business growth, including public speaking and team building.
Windermere Foundation
Through the creation of the Windermere Foundation in 1989, Windermere supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to serving homeless and low-income children and families. Every time an agent completes a transaction, a donation is made to the Foundation, and Windermere agents and employees also contribute to the fund individually.
Community Service Day
Windermere's 7,000 agents in its offices around the West spend one day each year away from the office to participate in the annual Windermere Community Service Day. The agents decide on a community-based project, and provide hands-on assistance for the day.
