Marci Anderson

Since 2016, I've managed the office for a custom homebuilder and have been a licensed Realtor since 2017. Along the way I built a strong vendor network, grew my own rental portfolio, and earned my General Contractor's license in 2022. I bring an investor's eye and a builder's attention to detail on every property I help clients buy or sell.

I've also been a licensed Social Worker since 2014, which sharpened the skills that matter most in real estate: active listening, calm negotiation, and a level head under pressure. Buying or selling a home is emotional, and I bring empathy and steadiness to the process while keeping your interests front and center.

Born and raised on a cattle ranch in Utah's West Desert, that has been in my mother's family for over 140 years, I learned the value of hard work and community. I carry those small-town values into how I serve clients across the Salt Lake Valley, Park City, Northern Utah, and the rural Utah towns that I love.

Outside of real estate, I'm renovating homes, at music festivals, visiting the beach, snowboarding or mountain biking, or camping under the stars with my partner and our dogs.
