Meet Mahvash

I’ve been living in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years, and it’s truly home for me. Having lived and raised my family here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the diversity, strong sense of community, and the different lifestyles that make this area so special. I really understand what makes each neighborhood unique—and how important it is to find the right fit.

Moved with my husband in 2006 to start our venture as business owners. We owned couple fast food Restaurants and ran those for 20 years. Raised two kids, and am blessed to see them grow and now working on their own dreams. I love Painting and Calligraphy! I love hanging out with my friends and family. I am also an active member in my community helping entrepreneurs and organizing different events. 

In 2023, I made the move into real estate and joined the Windermere Real Estate family because it aligned with who I am and how I believe business should be done — with compassion, honesty, integrity, and a real sense of community.  For me, real estate isn’t just about transactions. It’s about people, relationships, and helping you make one of the biggest decisions of your life with confidence.
