My Commitment to Buyers and Sellers

Buying and selling a home is one of the most important financial moves a person makes. It can be stressful, as no one can read in to the future. As an educated and experienced real estate agent, I can assist you in evaluating market trends and pointing you in the right direction as to your real estate decisions. I am here to lessen the stress, to keep YOUR interests at the forefront of each transaction you enter. As your representative in a transaction I will be there to protect your rights, head off any potential surprises, and strongly and effectively negotiate on your behalf. Not only will I be there for you throughout the entire transaction, I will be there long after it closes to assist you in any way I am able.

Experience and Service

At times, throughout the 20 years I've been a broker, I've had to rely upon my past legal experience to give me an edge with challenging transactions. My legal knowledge and experience has definitely been a benefit to my clients. I dot all the "i's and cross all the "t"s for you, and am on top of all contract terms and deadlines. I pride myself on listening to your needs, and putting myself in your shoes to find a wonderful home for your new chapter in life, and/or to properly market your home so it sells at the highest price point in the shortest amount of time. My integrity, work ethic and solid customer service balanced with my passion for fun, leaves my clients with such a positive experience, that they gladly refer me to their friends and family.

Six Degrees.....

Lucky to have been born and raised in Seattle, the reality is that can really be a small town. My stomping grounds include Ravenna, Greenlake, Phinney Ridge, Ballard, Cap Hill, Queen Anne, Magnolia, and downtown, and at every turn I find I'm running in to friends, family and friends of family! This past year we opted for the water view in Browns Point, Northeast Tacoma, and I find it’s similar to Seattle of the good old days! When it's time for a break, I may see you at one of my favorite places: walking Greenlake or Point Defiance, at Husky Stadium, at a St. Michelle concert, or on the deck at Ray's Boathouse. I look forward to meeting with you, getting to know you better, and having fun while working well for you. Thanks for your time today.
