Managing Broker, Premier Associate
Lynn's vast professional achievements include being voted a 5-Star real estate agent by Seattle Magazine in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. She was also voted the Best of Kirkland Real Estate Agent in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. She places great importance on continuing education and has earned both the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation and the Earth Advantage Broker "Green" Certification.
Lynn has made it her priority to be an advocate for the homeless and has served as VP on the Attain Housing Board of Directors and is currently on their Advisory Board. She also donates a portion of every commission she earns towards the Windermere Foundation. In 2011, Sanborn received the Seattle King County REALTOR Community Service Award for her commitment to helping those in need.

Lynn is a Premier Associate for Windermere Real Estate, representing Premier Properties. She is also part of the Builder Solutions Group.
Seattle King County Association of Realtors Board Director
In 2014 Lynn was asked to join the Seattle King County Board of Directors. She was also then asked by the board to be a State Representative for the Board. She was then elected to serve for 2016 to 2017. She also serves on the boards Governmental Affairs Committee.
Certified New Home Sales Professional
Lynn received her New Home Sales Professional certification in 2015.
