My passion for building relationships and bettering my community are the foundation for my approach to working with home buyers and sellers. Guiding clients through the exciting and highly personal experience of a real estate transaction is something I approach with excitement and a great amount of care. I’ve spent the past 20 years in Leavenworth, Belltown, Queen Anne, and more recently, the Richmond Beach neighborhood of Shoreline. I spend free time with my wife working on our home, planning travel anywhere we can practice Spanish, and coercing our children to sports practices and adventures in the mountains.
