Lucy Wood | Regional Director, Western Washington & Oregon | Windermere Services Company

As Regional Director of Western Washington and Oregon, Lucy helps manage Windermere’s franchise operations throughout both areas. This includes providing operational support to more than 120 Windermere franchise owners, working with them on business strategy and growth, as well as agent recruiting and retention. Over the past several years, Lucy has worked in several roles at Windermere, including executive assistant to principal company leadership and as a real estate agent. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
