I have a passion for helping people. I have been in the Sacramento real estate market for more than a decade. I am now translating this experience into helping others navigate the complexities of real estate transactions, which can often be one of life’s major decisions.
Over my career, I have earned a reputation for integrity, tenacity and results. I have in-depth industry knowledge, drive, and a strong work ethic. I am dedicated to my clients and provide prompt service, professionalism and the utmost discretion.
Whether buying/selling one’s first or fifteenth home, my mission is to understand my clients’ needs and to guide them knowledgeably and successfully through the intricacies of the transaction. This may include doing exhaustive research to uncover a buyer’s dream home or marketing a seller’s property to achieve the highest possible market value. In short, I work hard to help my clients make their best decisions.
Taking my passion for helping others into my community, I support Hearts Landing Ranch in Granite Bay (Hearts Landing Ranch). Working with youth who are coping with today’s intense challenges: exploitation, bullying, abuse and neglect to help them find a healthy journey to learn new skills, create a community where they can build confidence, practice safe communication, process their hurt, learn how to put words to their emotions and build trust through equine therapy.
The horses used in equine therapy are horses rescued from slaughter or who come from a background of abuse or neglect. They are extremely intuitive to the youth’s needs. Significantly more progress can be accomplished in three sessions with the horses compared to six months of office visits. Hearts Landing is now developing a program specifically to work with service persons with PTSD or who have been abused while in the military. My life makes more sense to me when it is connected to a greater purpose.
Living in Granite Bay for 20+ years, I have detailed knowledge of the neighborhoods in Placer County, as well as the greater Sacramento region. I have three grown children. In my free time, I enjoy trail running, quilting, swimming, cycling, and cooking.
