You won't find a better realtor in Oregon and Southwest Washington than Lisa Bowes! Lisa's attention to detail, expertise in market analysis, and helpfulness above and beyond reasonable expectations were amazing. We relocated and needed to sell our Lake Oswego home. Lisa worked with us every step of the way, even helping coordinate with contractors when we needed some remodeling ahead of the sale. I was stubborn and didn't take her advice on pricing when we listed the home. She was patient with me and we got the home sold right around the price she originally proposed. So take her advice and you'll be better off for it!

Hands down, Lisa Bowes is the best realtor we have ever worked with. If you are looking to sell, or buy, a home in the greater Portland Metro area, you couldn't find a better realtor to get the job done.Right from our very first meeting, Lisa's thorough knowledge of the market, her willingness to roll up her sleeves and do whatever was necessary to make the sale of our house go smoothly, and her belief that, despite an uncertain real estate market, our house was highly desirable, gave us great confidence that we had a realtor we could count on; and we were right!Based on Lisa's recommendations, we were able to take the steps to show our house at its best. With her use of staging, expert photography, and 3D imagery, all of which were included as part of her services, our house never looked better.Within three days after putting our house on the market, we had four solid offers, all above comparable properties in the neighborhood! Lisa represented us when we sold our home of 18 years in Lake Oswego. It was a huge transition for us and Lisa could not have been more supportive and professional throughout the entire process. If you're looking for the hardest working realtor there is, Lisa is it. She booked appointments, obtained multiple quotes for needed work, worked with a professional stager to make sure our house looked the best it could and offered to help with literally anything we needed. If she was coming by, she would always text me before hand to see if she could make a coffee or tea run on her way over. She was very thorough with her market analysis and kept her finger on the pulse of all of the comps in our neighborhood. When I mentioned seeing a new house on the market, she immediately looked up the details and texted me back with all of the information. During the multiple open houses she held, she gave us a rundown of who she talked to and any feedback they had so we had a clear understanding how the house was being perceived and if we had priced it accordingly. When our first offer fell through, she had our house back on the market that day and held open houses that weekend. We were back in contract within a week. Bottom line, Lisa handled the entire process and everything we threw at her with patience, understanding and professionalism. Could not have asked for a better agent.

Lisa is wonderful to work with! She listened carefully to exactly what we were in the market for, did a ton of behind the scenes work on new construction projects and upcoming listings, and when we found the home for us, she was very proactive in ensuring 3rd party evaluations were performed during the inspection period and to our comfort level. Last thing I'll note, in a transaction heavy industry, we never felt like Lisa was trying to 'sell us' on anything; she took a consultative approach to assist with our decision making and made us feel supported regardless of what we ended up doing. Would definitely recommend.
