Okay, full disclosure here: I am truly your “banker-gone-Realtor”!  

After spending my entire adult life in the banking field, I found myself becoming more and more “real estate obsessed”.  

I went to the University of Idaho where I got a degree in Finance and Information Systems, and a minor in Accounting.  From there, I was a consumer lender and branch manager for US Bank and later went on to manage a $70 million dollar commercial loan portfolio.  During my banking years, I engulfed myself in education on real estate comparables, market analysis, appraisals, insurance, and title and escrow.  I know finance inside and out.  I also know real estate.  

I have remodeled many of my own personal homes, flipped houses, been a landlord, and built from the ground up.  I know what it takes to optimize value when selling, and what to look for to get the best deal for the money when buying.  I am dedicated, loyal, caring, and will be one of the hardest working realtors you've ever met.  I feel passionate that it is so important to really understand my clients’ needs and wants and not waste their time until I do.  

I was born and raised in the Spokane area and truly love it here.  When I am not working on real estate, you can find me spending time with my husband and two daughters.  My husband is a school teacher, with summers off, so this allows our family a lot of flexibility during those months.  In my younger years, my life revolved around training and showing horses.  Now that I have a family of my own, we opt for activities with a little less maintenance.  We love to travel, camp, hunt, fish, ride ATV’s, and basically do anything that gets us outdoors.  When “playing”, we are usually paired up with one or more of my three brothers, all of whom are contractors in the area providing me with a bevy of builder-brain-power at my fingertips.  You will always find my chocolate lab, Hank, by my side when we are in the great outdoors.
