It is a pleasure to write a five-star recommendation for Lella Norberg with Windermere Real Estate in Shoreline. This is the second time that I have used Lella to list a property and I would not hesitate to use her again. She recently listed my sister’s property in Kenmore. Since March, I have been under a lot of stress due to my sister’s illness and my husband’s broken hip. Lella gave me good advice on improvements and maintenance that needed to be done and skillfully managed much of it allowing me to focus on my family. This included getting a bid on painting and interior upgrades, cleaning services, window washing, and junk removal. She also kept an eye on the property for me over the summer and arranged and paid for an emergency plumbing need and fence repair. She skillfully recommended a negotiation of the sales price when I received multiple offers. The transaction went very smoothly from beginning to end. Lella is extremely responsive and is my idea of what a real estate broker should be.

Lella Norberg far exceeded any expectations we had going into our seller/realtor experience. During her first walk through our home she mentioned a few minor uprgrades we could do ourselves or have done. She has worked with many contractors and no matter what the project was she had a referral to suggest. For the projects that turned out to be DIY she had valuable suggestions throughout. Lella Norberg of Windermere Real Estate Shoreline is a superb realtor and manager who provided far more counsel and help than I expected. She convinced me that refurbishing the house would more than pay for itself and arranged for contractors to do the needed tasks--interior painting & floor covering, plumbing, electrical work, roof cleaning, deep cleaning kitchen & bathrooms, an online estate sale, and tidying up the landscape. She more than earned her commission. The house sold quickly at more than the asking price.

We worked with Lella to purchase a new home and sell our previous one. Our whole family enjoyed working with her! She has a bounty of knowledge and experience in the Shoreline area.This was evident in how well she prepared us for every step of home buying and selling so that when the time came to make an offer or list our house we were ready and it felt easy. We were worried that selling our previous house would be tricky as it was a unique listing, Lella was not worried and had a clear plan to get the property listed, viewed, and sold. She also already had contractors for anything we needed to do to either residence, having a great person already vetted to do a job was such a relief. On top of all this Lella was incredibly easy to communicate with and was very responsive. We don't plan on moving again but if we do Lella will be the one we choose to work with.

Lella was recommended by our lender, and she has been amazing. She helped us find a new home and listed & sold our old home and made both processes very easy. During the buying process she was always very prompt showing us new listings we might be interested in and was willing to go with us to viewings at short notice. She is knowledgeable about the local market and gave good advice about how to make a good offer. We would not have been able to get our dream home with out her being on top of things. When selling our old home, Lella gave good advice during the whole process, setting a good listing price and hiring a listing photographer that took amazing pictures of the property. She was also flexible when winter weather lead to cancellations of some viewings. We would definitely recommend working with Lella when buying or selling a property!

L ella was amazing to work with for selling my home. She gave great suggestions for prepping the house and getting it ready for pictures and for showing. Pictures showed the place off very well and gave the true feel of it. I had a tenant in the house that had a fairly strict schedule and with COVID-19 going on Lella was able to work around my tenant’s schedule for showings even with last minute changes. She explained the whole selling process and fees so I knew exactly what expect, she walked me through everything . I highly recommend going with Lella for buying or selling a home.

I cannot state enough how grateful and great it was work with Lella. She had the perfect set-up of a "love or list it" situation with my husband and I. But me being the person that didn't want to move, she helped us find the perfect home. Her negotiation skills were spot on and we absolutely wouldn't be in our ideal home without them. On top of the stresses of buying and selling, we signed for our new home on the same day the schools closed because of the coronavirus. Meaning she supported us in finding and hiring workers and then mitigating all the new regulations for getting our previous home sold. Lella is the best - conscientious, proactive, thorough, professional. We initially contacted her nearly 10 years ago when we were first thinking about selling our unit. Even though we didn't end up listing at the time, Lella kept us informed with personal messages about market trends in our area.
